Concrete Effect
Creative design minimalist style with industrial and urban character.
Decorative concrete effect is a composite of microcement that suggests being a heavy support structure but in reality it is totally light. It offers the advantage of not needing the prior formwork, as it can be applicable on any base, wall or false ceiling existing. With a matte and continuous finish, less porous than conventional concrete. It becomes an innovative solution for interior walls.

PREPARATION OF THE BASE AND APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT
Tools: Trowel, spatula, brush, roller, trowel with sponge blender.
Yield: Approximately 1.4 to 1,6 m² / kg by layer depending on the type of base and irregularity.
Preparation of the base:
- The base to be coated must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
- The base must be level or smoothed.
- The foundations of concrete or mortar must be completely cured.
- In very porous base liquid prior Concrete Effect de primer recommended in ratio 1 part of component A and 1 part of component B, applied by roller.
- The base tile with a minimum of movement must be pre-treated glass fiber mats or in some cases with resins and aggregates to minimize movements. If the move is significant it is recommended to take the piece and fill flush with elastic mortar.
Product preparation:
- Make a mixture of component “A” dust from 2.9 to 3.2 parts and component “B” liquid to 1 part, always adding to the vessel liquid first and then slowly pouring the powder go without while mixing with propeller until a homogeneous paste is manageable with the flat is made.
Application:
- When the product is to the point trowel and spatula on the surface to be coated.
- The application of 2 layers Concrete Effect required.
- Should be sanded between coats and vacuum the dust before an upcoming issue.
- After the last layer applied Concrete Effect should allow between 12 and 16 hours to proceed to the final cut, then fine should aim reviewing the entire surface with sandpaper defects previously unseen.
- To proceed with the sealing is essential to respect the drying times of Concrete Effect that are 24 hours in walls and floors minimum 36 hours in order to ensure good adhesion, hardness and staining.
- Apply the first coat of sealer with sponge talocha diluting with water at a ratio of 1×1, the following layers of sealant are applied pure, with short nap roller finally wax is applied with a sponge trowel. The type and amount of sealant layers of sealant and wax applied depend spaces or areas to be coated and whether indoors or outdoors. This information is provided by the skilled artisan or by the Technical Instructions.
- Do not apply sealants or waxes at temperatures below 10 ° C and avoid applications with relative humidity greater than 80%.
Cleaning of tools: With water immediately after the application is finished.

- Clean the floor daily with any PH neutral soap and maintainer be possible to use acrylic wax residue diluted with water. It is using a mop or mop that is recommended.
- The spots must be removed only with water, detergent or soap.
- Clean all liquids before they dry.
- Place a doormat at the entrance.
- Keep the free surface of gravel.
- Do not drag furniture or sharp objects and protect the gums chair legs.
- Do not use solvents or materials that can damage the surface.
Periodic maintenance:
- Conduct regular maintenance with sealant or wax as spaces or surfaces that have been coated, the maintenance varies whether inside or outside, if floor or wall or if you have contact with water or not. This information is provided by the skilled artisan or by the Technical Instructions.
